I completely get it, I change my mind too! If an order is cancelled within the cancellation window, a refund will be given minus a 20% process fee. Since all items are handmade, cancellations are not available after the cancellation window. The cancellation window varies per item.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact me.
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Rush shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Custom orders: Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the request but typically takes 5-7 days. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process!
Yes! I offer free local delivery for orders within Baton Rouge, LA. For online orders over $75, enjoy free shipping anywhere in the U.S.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please contact me to initiate a return or exchange. Note: Custom orders are non-refundable, but I’ll work closely with you to ensure you’re satisfied before completion.
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Simply Soaps & Candles

All of my candles are made with natural soy wax and high-quality essential oils or fragrance oils. My soaps are handcrafted using skin-loving ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, and essential oils.
